What to expect on the day
We book a four-hour window, typically 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. or 2 to 6 p.m. The inspection takes the first three hours. During the last hour we walk you through the findings, answer your questions and give you education and advice about your home's systems and maintenance.
A home inspection is not about finding a reason to walk away from a sale. It is a chance to learn about the structure and systems of the home. Radon, sewer, thermal imaging and mold testing can be added to your inspection or booked on their own.
